About Us

William and Joyce McCulloch purchased Mount Isa Produce Agency in July 2013.

Prior to purchasing the Produce Agency William worked in the mining industry for nearly 2 decades.

William completed a Farriers course in Oklahoma in 2007 and spends his spare time shoeing horses.

Joyce spent many years in the retail industry as well as being the event manager for the Isa Rodeo from August 2004 until November 2008. Joyce served for two terms on the Mount Isa City Council from 2012 until 2020. Joyce is a recognised Churchill Fellow as well as a Graduate of the Australian Institute for Company Directors.

William and Joyce spent their childhoods on cattle properties, which explains their love of horses and the outback.

As such Mount Isa Pets & Produce is a strong advocate and supporter for animal rescue groups; encouraging a commitment to animal welfare practices. Mount Isa Pets and Produce are a Community partner for Guide Dogs Queensland.

Passionate about the North West the pair have lived in the Mount Isa community for more than 25 years, building a family with their two young children Marshall and Mackenzie.

Both community minded, it is important to William and Joyce that Mount Isa Pets & Produce be an active corporate citizen within their close-knit community.

Mount Isa Pets & Produce support community and charity events in the North West Region and Central Queensland including equine events, Rodeo, Campdraft and Pony club.
