Every back yard should have a chook pen, and here at Mount Isa Pets & Produce we aim to keep your chooks happy, healthy and productive.

Day old chickens are available from April to September. Contact us to go on the “chicken list”. Day old chickens are fun to raise. You will need to keep them in a sturdy box with a light to keep them warm, for the first 3 - 4 weeks, until they have all their first feathers.
